Intention Framer
- Use when

- Output
- A one-page intention brief: project context, the outcome, decide or inform, the room, and the follow-up plan if the target isn't reached
· 7 min read · 7 skills, free
Skills that carry a workshop end to end, inside Claude: they frame the intention, design the agenda, prep the room and the team, capture what the room produces, and turn it into synthesis within 48 hours.
01What these skills are
Between the framing, agenda math, the materials, the capture, the follow up, workshop preparation takes a lot of time. This pack takes that layer off your plate.
There is one rule the whole pack is built on: Claude designs and captures, humans facilitate.
No skill in this set runs the room, reads the room, or replaces the person standing in front of people. The craft stays yours; the overhead stops being yours.
All seven belong to one person: the facilitator. They work from one Claude Project with one pinned chat per workshop, so every session's history stays in one findable place.
One zip: ready-to-install skill zips, readable SKILL.md files, and the 24-exercise bank. Free, no signup. The same seven skills live in our open repo, if you would rather read them before you install them.

02The catalog
The set follows the arc of a real workshop: before, in the room, after.
03How to use it
One pinned chat per workshop carries the whole arc, from the intention to the retro.
A workshop is on the calendar and there is no agenda yet.
The session is running, or it ended less than 48 hours ago.
You are designing a new workshop and the last one taught you something.

07FAQ
7 Claude skills for the facilitator: intention framing, agenda design, pre-work, the run sheet, live capture, the synthesis within 48 hours, and the retro. An exercise bank comes with the download.
In Claude Code, two lines install all 7 at once. In Claude.ai or Claude Desktop, download the zip, open Settings, Skills, Add, and upload the skills you want. Either way it takes about five minutes.
No. The skills work in Claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude Code. In the app you upload them yourself; in Claude Code one command installs the whole pack.
They are built as Claude Skills, and installing them is a Claude feature. Each one is a plain Markdown file, so you can read it and reuse the method elsewhere, but it will not load and trigger by itself outside Claude.
No. Claude designs and captures, humans facilitate. No skill runs the room or scripts the craft. Capture is a record of the work in the room's own words. It never notes who dominated or who went quiet.
Yes. It is free to use inside your company and in client work, and not for resale. There is no signup: the download and the install command are on this page.
08Who made this
These skills were written by Polar Bear, a people ops consultancy that runs its own company on Claude. The pack is free, and the same skills are open on GitHub.
Lantern is Polar Bear's content workspace. It turns your notes, documents and call transcripts into drafts for LinkedIn and other networks. You review them and publish the ones you like.
