## The 7 skills you get

The set follows the arc of a real workshop: before, in the room, after.

### Before the room

- **Intention Framer** — use when: Someone said “we should run a workshop” and nobody said what for. Output: A one-page intention brief: project context, the outcome, decide or inform, the room, and the follow-up plan if the target isn't reached.
- **Agenda Designer** — use when: The intention is clear and the session needs its shape. Output: Two artifacts in one file: a participant agenda ready to share, and a facilitator agenda with exercises, timings, group splits, and listening tasks, three pages max.
- **Pre-Work Drafter** — use when: The agenda is agreed and people need to hear about it. Output: The invitation under 150 words, the optional pre-read built from your real project materials, the reminder, plus the facilitation team's emails, the T-1 sync, and the debrief hold.
- **Run Sheet Builder** — use when: The workshop is Thursday and it needs to become runnable. Output: The facilitators pack: the segment-by-segment run sheet with wobble plans, worksheets and canvases carrying your workshop's real content, the room and tools plan, and the day checklists.

### In the room

- **Live Capturer** — use when: There's a break, or the room just emptied, and the walls are full. Output: Everything the room produced, transcribed in its own words, labeled by block and exercise, with ambiguities flagged while you can still check the wall.

### After

- **Synthesis Writer** — use when: The workshop happened and it needs to become real within 48 hours. Output: The participant follow-up under 250 words, and a synthesis that answers “did we get what we came for”, with every claim traceable to what the room actually said.
- **Workshop Retro** — use when: The facilitation team has 15 minutes while the room is fresh. Output: A half-page retro note with the exercise learnings your next agenda will be designed with.

## Workflows

- **Design the session** (A workshop is on the calendar and there is no agenda yet.) Intention Framer → Agenda Designer → Pre-Work Drafter → Run Sheet Builder
- **Capture and close** (The session is running, or it ended less than 48 hours ago.) Live Capturer → Synthesis Writer → Workshop Retro
- **Learn into the next one** (You are designing a new workshop and the last one taught you something.) Workshop Retro → Agenda Designer

## The quality bar

- Claude designs and captures, humans facilitate: no skill runs the room or scripts the craft
- No workshop without an intention: an outcome worth a room, or the honest advice that this should be an email
- Blocks get flagged, never cut: visibility and sponsorship are legitimate reasons, chosen knowingly
- Presentations keep the room active: every one comes with a listening task whose harvest feeds the next exercise
- Crisp artifacts: three pages max, readable 30 minutes before the session
- The room's words, not ours: capture is a record, improvement happens in synthesis, visibly
- Capture the work, never the performance: no notes on who dominated or who went quiet
- A workshop doesn't fail: if the target isn't reached, the follow-up plan says what happens next

## Questions people ask

### What is in the Workshop pack?

7 Claude skills for the facilitator: intention framing, agenda design, pre-work, the run sheet, live capture, the synthesis within 48 hours, and the retro. An exercise bank comes with the download.

### How do I install these Claude skills?

In Claude Code, two lines install all 7 at once. In Claude.ai or Claude Desktop, download the zip, open Settings, Skills, Add, and upload the skills you want. Either way it takes about five minutes.

### Do I need Claude Code to use them?

No. The skills work in Claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude Code. In the app you upload them yourself; in Claude Code one command installs the whole pack.

### Do the skills work with ChatGPT or other assistants?

They are built as Claude Skills, and installing them is a Claude feature. Each one is a plain Markdown file, so you can read it and reuse the method elsewhere, but it will not load and trigger by itself outside Claude.

### Will Claude run the workshop for me?

No. Claude designs and captures, humans facilitate. No skill runs the room or scripts the craft. Capture is a record of the work in the room's own words. It never notes who dominated or who went quiet.

### Is the pack free?

Yes. It is free to use inside your company and in client work, and not for resale. There is no signup: the download and the install command are on this page.
